Mariner\u2019s Cove Boardwalk in Cavendish is adding another leading international brand to their list of tenants. Cavendish\u2019s Subway\u00ae Restaurant, locally owned by Irwin Dawson, will be relocating to the newly renovated space for this upcoming season.<\/p>\n
\u201cCavendish was one of the first Subway\u00ae shops to open in Atlantic Canada, and we are pleased to continue to invest in the community,\u201d says Chris Wright, Director of Operations with Subway\u00ae Restaurants of PEI. \u201cMariner\u2019s Cove Boardwalk, with the option to expand our seating and update our store, provided a great opportunity to continue to grow.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Subway\u00ae location will feature its new Subway\u00ae Fresh Forward design which will offer guests an enhanced Subway\u00ae experience. In addition to the fully renovated restaurant, a new covered outdoor seating area will be constructed in front of the Subway\u00ae to accommodate patrons of the Boardwalk. The construction is currently underway.<\/p>\n
